Eggplant with walnuts
Halal food, even vegetarians will love

Good day! Today, together with HalalRoom, we will prepare a delicious halal dish - eggplant stuffed with walnuts:
Eggplant - 500 gVegetable oil - 50 ml (for frying)Onions - 1 pcWalnuts - 150 grGarlic - 5 clovesCilantro - optional (I did not add)
- Cut the eggplants into thin strips- Put them in a container, salt and leave for a while- Rinse the eggplants, drain the excess liquid- Fry the eggplants in vegetable oil on both sides- Put on a napkin
For filling:finely chop the onion, fry. Add fried onions, garlic and spices to your chopped nuts
- Put the filling on the eggplant strips and roll up the roll- Put the dish on a plate and garnish with herbs
