Today we will prepare an incredibly delicious halal dish - tuna with sesame seeds.
To prepare a dish:Remove scales from fish under running waterMake an incision in the belly of the fish, remove the head, clean out the insidesRinse the fish well under running waterRemove tailCut the tuna into 1.5 cm steaksDry the steaks well with a paper towel on both sides.For the marinade:Pour olive oil, soy sauce, grate lemon zestAdd seasonings to taste and mix wellPlace the steaks in the marinade and leave for 20 minutesPlace steaks on a greased dish and sprinkle with sesame seedsBake steaks in the oven until golden brownServe tuna with salad (e.g. arugula, avocado and tomato)
- Yellow-tailed tuna - 1 kg
- Lemon (zest) - 1 pc.
- White sesame - 1 tbsp l.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l. + for lubricating the mold
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l. Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
The dish is ready.
